How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Google Play or Apple App Store. Open your device's store settings to manage or cancel your subscription.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by the app store where you purchased your subscription. Visit Google Play or Apple support to request a refund.

My music files aren't showing up

Make sure you've granted iMixd permission to access your audio files. On Android 13+, go to Settings → Apps → iMixd → Permissions → Media. On iOS, allow access to your Music library when prompted.

Music stops when the app is in the background

On Android, make sure battery optimization is disabled for iMixd. Go to Settings → Apps → iMixd → Battery → Unrestricted. On iOS, background audio should work automatically.

How do I activate a license key?

Open iMixd → Settings → Activate License Key. Enter the key you received and tap Activate. If you have trouble, email us with your key and we'll help.

How do I delete my data?

All data is stored locally on your device. Go to Settings → Reset to Defaults to clear all app data. Uninstalling the app also removes all data.
