1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using iMixd ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

iMixd is a mobile application developed by Daraxis that provides DJ mixing functionality, including automatic and manual audio mixing, BPM detection, and music library management. The App is available on Android and iOS platforms.

3. User Accounts & License Keys

Certain features of the App require a Pro subscription or license key activation. By purchasing a subscription or activating a license key, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Pro features of the App.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Pro subscriptions are available as monthly or yearly plans.
• All payments are processed through Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's app store settings.
• Daraxis does not collect or store any payment information.

5. Refunds

Refund requests are handled by the respective app store (Google Play or Apple App Store) according to their refund policies. Daraxis does not process refunds directly.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Attempt to circumvent subscription or license verification mechanisms
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App or any part of it
• Use the App to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the property of Daraxis and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your music files remain your property — the App only accesses them locally on your device for mixing purposes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Daraxis does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Daraxis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or device damage.

10. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services:

• Sentry — for anonymous crash reporting (if analytics is enabled in Settings)
• Google Play / Apple App Store — for subscription billing and verification

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

11. Updates & Changes

Daraxis may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the App or this page.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.
